With a background in Engineering & Business Management, Vishal always wanted to get into a techno commercial job with a multinational brand. But at the same time he also had a desire to do something unconventional, like his own business. UK based Company gave him an opportunity to fulfill his desire of being his own boss yet being a part of a multinational that helps him with the quality support, without any capital investment. Since the day of joining, Vishal immediately loved the atmosphere, the camaraderie & the potential to earn as much as he wanted. Vishal's natural enthusiasm for sales definitely fast tracked his progression from Business Associate to Managing Director of his own company at Mumbai in April 2008. Vishal believes in showing people "the bigger picture" & is not afraid to invest time & money into the people he believes in. He particularly enjoys his day-to-day tasks. His unique talent to build relationship & develop people has made him a great choice to open up a new market with Indore. IN June 2011, the decision was taken to shift to Indore with the sole intention of growing & expanding at a faster pace. After arriving in Indore, Vishal built his team from scratch & got awarded as ‘Best Office of the year 2011-12’ Since then, Vishal has never looked back. With his consistent Efforts and Mentoring, Synture developed its First associate Company, "MLeader" in March 2013. On June 6th, 2015, Vishal's Organization promoted its Second associate Company by the name "Avenger", Owned by Mr. Raghav Dhir. Both the Young Entrepreneurs have been pioneer in launching Synture's Newest Office in Lucknow, in June 2015; taking the next successful step towards expansion. In Indore, the Organization has another success story building up in the form of Team "Kaizen".

After our current achievement of establishing in India, Indore, our first goal is to open multiple offices within the city also followed by reaching the pinnacle of customer acquisition for multiple clients in the service industry. In the coming months, we plan to open more group companies in various potential cities of Madhya Pradesh including Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Nasik, Lucknow & Kanpur, Dehradun, Bhilai, Raipur, Agra; also in the pipeline across India. Our expansion plans work hand-in-hand with our aim to provide access to the world-class products & services to a large base of customers & also to bring employment opportunities to the masses.
